Moody is a fantastic mixture of cultures, backgrounds and personalities. Well, that is if you consider putting homeschoolers and MKs together on one campus a fantastic mixture of cultures, backgrounds and personalities.
I guess we're not as diverse as we would like to claim we are. Even so, many students come to the city having never experienced the riveting events of public high school: the informative bathroom walls, the smell of pot on your lab partner's breath and walking in on your math teaching making out the kid who sits in the back corner. They've missed out. What a shame.

To remedy this dire situation, Moody has implemented JSB (Junior/Senior Banquet). It's the HS's and MK's opportunity to buy a prom dress at Salvation Army, and, like good Moody students, listen intently to a lecture on God's plan for our lives. Now, don't you donors worry, no dancing occur ed. Heaven forbid.
But we did eat yummy food in our Salvation Army dresses!
